Bohol Cleaners helps customers request cleaning services and helps cleaners share interest in local work. Sending a request does not confirm a booking. Scope, price, availability and cleaning details are confirmed before any job is arranged.

Quotes and bookings
Website prices are starting points for eligible jobs, not automatic offers. A quote may depend on property size, condition, location, access, timing, supplies, extras and cleaner availability. A booking exists only after the cleaning tasks, price and timing are confirmed in writing and accepted. No payment is taken through this website.
Accurate details and safe access
Customers should provide accurate property and timing information, have permission to arrange the clean, identify pets, fragile items, hazards or restricted areas, and provide safe access and working utilities when the job requires them. Do not place keys, alarm codes, lockbox codes, passwords, payment-card details or government ID numbers in the website form. Sensitive access instructions should be agreed privately after a booking is confirmed.
Service boundaries and changes
The public offer is for indoor home, condo, rental, deep, move and agreed post-renovation cleaning. Hazardous materials, pest treatment, heavy construction debris, unsafe work at height and specialist restoration are excluded unless specifically assessed and accepted in writing. If the real condition or scope differs materially from the request, Bohol Cleaners may pause and propose a revised scope, price, team or timing before continuing. Rescheduling or cancellation arrangements are confirmed with the booking rather than assumed from the website.
Problems, photos and communication
Raise a concern as soon as reasonably possible so the job details can be checked. Optional before-and-after photos are used only for quoting, access, quality or issue review connected with the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Website content may be updated, but an already confirmed job follows its written confirmation unless both sides agree otherwise.
Cleaner expressions of interest
The cleaner form is an expression of interest, not a job offer. Submitting it does not guarantee work, employment, minimum hours, earnings, benefits or contractor status. Bohol Cleaners may contact a person only when a request appears suitable. The scope, timing, pay and working arrangement for any specific opportunity must be discussed and agreed before acceptance. Do not submit government ID numbers, bank or e-wallet details, medical information, passwords, keys, alarm details or lockbox codes through the first form.
