How much does cleaning cost in Bohol?
Eligible small homes on a repeat schedule start at PHP 1,500 per visit. A one-time home clean or Airbnb clean between guests starts at PHP 2,000. Deep cleaning starts at PHP 3,200. Move-in or move-out cleaning starts at PHP 4,200. We send the price for your property before booking.
Do I pay before booking?
No. Send the cleaning details first. We check them and send the price and possible timing. Nothing is booked or charged in the form.
What happens after I send a request?
We review the property, cleaning type, area, timing and any extra details. We then send a quote or ask a question before anything is booked.
Is sending the form the same as booking?
No. The form starts the quote. A cleaning visit is arranged only after you approve the price and timing.
Can I change the details?
Yes. Tell us before booking if the date, property condition, access, rooms or cleaning tasks change so the quote can be checked again.
Can I book same-day?
You can ask, but a cleaner may not be free and urgent work may cost more. We confirm the possible timing before booking.

How do I choose the right service?
Choose the closest match: home cleaning, regular cleaning, condo or apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb cleaning between guests, or move-in and move-out cleaning. Choose ‘Not sure’ in the form if none feels exact.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Tell us what is already at the property. If you need basic supplies and tools brought, choose that in the form so it can be included in the price.
Can I get photos after cleaning?
Yes. You can ask for after-clean photos, especially for a rental, remote property, deeper clean or move-in or move-out job.
What if the property needs heavy cleaning?
Tell us about heavy grease, bathroom scale, mold-like marks, clutter or renovation dust. Photos may be needed so the price matches the real job.
What should be confirmed before booking?
Tell us about heavy cleaning, exterior work, construction dust, laundry, restocking, repairs, pest control or specialist work. We will say what can be included before you decide.

Airbnb cleaning between guests
Help the next guest arrive to a clean, prepared rental.
Do you clean Airbnb and rental units?
Yes. We clean Airbnb homes, rental condos and vacation homes after checkout so they can be ready before the next guest arrives.
Do you do laundry?
No. We do not wash laundry. Please have clean linen and towels ready at the property. For cleaning between guests, we can place them if they are already on-site.
Do you buy or restock guest supplies?
Please have guest supplies ready at the property. We can place guest items if they are already on-site.

Which areas do you cover?
Our main areas are Panglao, Dauis and Tagbilaran. You can also ask about Baclayon, Corella, Cortes and other nearby Bohol areas.
What does ‘nearby by request’ mean?
You can still ask for cleaning there. Send the town and a few possible days, and we will tell you whether a cleaner can come before you book.
What location details should I send?
Add the town or city, local area (barangay) if known, or a nearby landmark. Include any gate, guard, building, parking or arrival notes.
