Who is responsible

Bohol Cleaners is responsible for the personal details submitted through this website. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to requests@boholcleaners.com.

Information we collect

• Name, email address and phone number.
• Property location, type, size, condition, timing, access, supplies and cleaning preferences.
• Notes and optional photos you choose to share to explain the job.
• For cleaner expressions of interest: preferred contact method, municipality and area, how you currently work, services, availability, experience, travel range, supplies and the notice version you accepted.
• Basic source and usage information, such as the page or campaign that led to a request, when analytics is enabled.

Why and how we use it

We use the information to answer your enquiry, assess the cleaning request, prepare a quote, check availability and access, arrange an approved job, review a cleaner expression of interest, prevent abuse and keep a reasonable service record. For a cleaner-interest form, you explicitly ask us to review the details and contact you about suitable requests; you may withdraw that request at any time. Submitting the form does not guarantee work. Form answers may help organize or estimate a request, but a person reviews the details before a booking, final price or cleaner match is confirmed. The site does not make an automated employment or eligibility decision. We do not sell personal details or use them for unrelated marketing without a separate reason or permission.

Optional analytics

If analytics identifiers are configured, optional Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager scripts remain off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Only necessary” keeps those external analytics scripts off, and no analytics event is queued before permission. You can reopen the choice from the footer. A cleaning request may still attach limited first-party source, page, session and device context so the team can understand where it came from and prevent abuse. Cleaner-interest submissions use a smaller set: page path, campaign labels and basic device context, without advertising click IDs, referrer or tracking-session identifiers.

Who may receive it

Details are limited to people who need them to handle the request, including the Bohol Cleaners operator and, after a job is approved, the cleaner or service partner assigned to it. Hosting, email, messaging and spreadsheet providers may process request data on our instructions so it can be delivered and stored. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property or legal rights.

Retention and security

Request records are kept only while reasonably needed to reply, provide the service, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Cleaner-interest records receive a retention-review date twelve months after submission. Before live cleaner intake is opened, the operator must have a documented review process that deletes or anonymizes records that are no longer needed, unless a matching conversation is still active, you ask us to keep the interest available, or a record must lawfully be retained. You may ask us to withdraw or delete a cleaner expression of interest at any time, subject to records we must lawfully keep. We use reasonable access restrictions, encrypted web connections and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Do not place lockbox codes, passwords, payment-card details or government ID numbers in the public form.

Your choices and rights

You may ask whether we hold your personal data and request access, correction, objection, deletion or blocking where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission. To make a request, email requests@boholcleaners.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.
